Groom Construction was chosen as the General Contractor for the Boston Street Crossing Project, a supportive housing community developed by Harborlight Homes.

The project included two locations, 43 Boston Street and 179 Boston Street in Salem, MA, comprising of 26 units. Both locations underwent full renovations creating studio apartments with private bathrooms and kitchenettes with laundry and common spaces onsite.
