This Seacoast Bank renovation project in Jacksonville, Florida transformed an existing branch into a modern, customer-focused banking environment. The project included replacement of the main storefront entry, reconfiguration of the interior to create an updated bank lobby, and installation of custom millwork, teller stations, and break room cabinetry. Mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded with new lighting and a rooftop HVAC unit to improve efficiency and occupant comfort. Additional improvements included new office carpeting, installation of secure doors at the ATM and cash rooms, construction of a new concrete sidewalk at the vestibule entrance, and a complete interior repaint.
