Groom Construction was selected for Phase II work on the Ayer Anderson Wing at Care Dimensions (formerly Hospice of the North Shore). This project included the construction of a new 7,200 SF one-story hospice wing which added eight (8) private patient suites, including a state-of-the-art pediatric facility.

Construction was coordinated to maintain full service to the existing hospice facility throughout the project.
