This project consisted of a comprehensive tenant fit-out and interior renovation for Option Care Health’s Fort Myers, Florida facility. The scope was designed to enhance patient care areas, improve operational efficiency, and modernize the overall healthcare environment while maintaining compliance with healthcare facility standards.

Work included the construction and build-out of a new medical treatment room along with supporting clinical and service spaces. Interior improvements encompassed the installation of custom millwork and countertops, new flooring systems, acoustical ceiling tiles, paint, decorative wallcoverings, and resilient cove base throughout the facility.

Additional scope included upgrades to patient and staff amenities, including new bathroom fixtures, a medical-grade sink, mop sink, water fountain, and a dedicated janitor’s closet. The project also incorporated new doors, frames, and hardware to improve functionality, accessibility, and durability throughout the space.

To complete the facility transformation, a comprehensive furniture package and signage package were provided, creating a cohesive, patient-focused environment that aligns with Option Care Health’s operational and branding requirements.

The completed renovation delivers a modern, efficient, and welcoming healthcare setting that supports both patient treatment and staff productivity.
