Groom Construction is working with Cabot Theater and SV Design to deliver preconstruction/construction services for their interior and exterior renovation of this historic landmark in Beverly, MA. The interior renovation will include improvements to the stage-side lounge, street-side lounge, dressing rooms, offices, and production areas on the interior. On the exterior the work shall include roofing, masonry restoration, storefront and window replacements, street-side canopy and lighting, rose window restoration, and new exterior signage, with illuminated ornamental metal sculptural accents along the street canopy. Groom Construction has worked with their subcontractors and the architect identifying long lead items and engaging procurement services to meet the schedule.This work is expected to be under construction in June 2025.
