The interior construction for this project consisted of: new teller line and cabinets along with a new “Power Wall” design and new lighting, new wall finishes and paint, and new flooring throughout. We also installed new wall coverings in the vestibule, updated the check desk, and added a new customer lounge area with a 65″ display. We added new furniture and desks, updated the security system, refreshed the bathrooms, added an employee lounge, and 3 new wall murals.

The exterior included updating ADA compliant sidewalks to include an ADA compliant ramp and tactile warning strips. We added ADA compliant parking with new signage and bollards, as well as new asphalt at the ADA spots. We installed green up-lighting around the “TD Tower” and new wall scones around the building. New sod and landscaping was completed, along with a new automated sprinkler system. The parking lot was also seal-coated and re-striped.
