Groom Construction has completed over 100 TD Bank projects across the country. Project scopes have ranged from small to complete remodels at TD Bank Branches as well as TD Bank Corporate spaces.  Groom has numerous TD Bank projects in the pipeline as we continue to bid more.

The scope of work for each bank varies based on each branch’s needs. Interior renovations include finishes such as paint, flooring, mill-work, furnishings, electrical, and lighting. Exterior work typically includes new asphalt, striping, ADA ramps, and accessibility upgrades. Branches receiving both exterior and interior renovations encompass all of the above as well as exterior painting, seal coat, and other ADA modifications.

This location in Naples was a new bank build out in an existing building and included the following: new teller line and cabinets with ECO-stone quartz countertop, new power wall design and displays, new wall finishes throughout including paint, wallpaper, tile and custom mural, new flooring throughout, framed and drywalled all new spaces, all new electrical and lighting, HVAC and plumbing, new doors and hardware, new offices were created with custom glass walls, new janitor’s closet, new kitchenette and plumbing in employee lounge, updated security, and new ceiling throughout with custom millwork features in the waiting area. Exterior work included landscaping, site work, siding, paint and signage.
