Groom Construction renovated the amenity space and business center of River’s Edge Condominium Complex in Medford, MA. New finishes included flooring, paint, millwork/casework, interior trim, wall tile surrounds for the fireplace, new mantle, bar top, kitchenette, and pocket doors.
The Business Center project scope included the installation of aluminum storefront cubicles and work stations and new finishes upgrading flooring, paint, and lighting.
