This project included fast-track renovations to Harvard’s Information Technology areas located in 8 Story Street on the Cambridge campus. Groom worked closely with Harvard project management as well as with the user group and University engineers. Job site and delivery access required pre-planning and logistics to maintain the 6-week schedule. Working in a busy area, safety and pedestrian access were Groom’s primary focus. Consistent communication with the architect and tenants kept the project proceeding on time and on budget.
