Groom Construction was selected for a fast track medical office build-out of an eye center for 5 ophthalmologists, which included a state-of-the-art optical showroom.

The project required high-end finishes, specialty lighting, and a custom reception desk area, along with design-build delivery for mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and plumbing systems.
