Once a pilates studio was reimagined into a dynamic coworking community in downtown Marblehead, MA.  Owners Noelle and John found themselves and others in the community with the need for a more quiet and professional workspace for people who work remotely.  Work Loft called on Groom Construction to convert the old pilates studio into a workspace for remote workers that the community needed.

Complete renovations, to the entire space, were needed in order to finish this project.  Groom created an open flexible workspace with a variety of seating and workspaces that accommodate up to 50 people comfortably.   These spaces include café styled seating, a glassed-in conference room, a lofted team workspace, high long tabletops, bar top seating, private workrooms, five small office spaces, a kitchen, bathroom, and day lockers.
