The project is located within the 100-ft buffer zone to a wetland resource area bordering Concord River and includes the construction of storm-water management drainage swales, detention basins, bio-retention basin, storm-tech chamber system and landscaping per the Order of Conditions issued by the Bedford Conservation Commission and Department of Environmental Protection.
