Phase 1 – 38 Units

Phase 1 of Anchor Point in Beverly included the construction of 38 affordable two- and three-bedroom apartments designed to provide quality housing for families in the community. Completed in July 2022, the development also features a playground, outdoor communal space, and dedicated community and meeting rooms. Today, the residences are home primarily to single-parent families and essential workers.
