Tufts Bromfield Pearson Hall consisted of full interior renovations to existing ground floor classrooms and faculty office spaces including new kitchenettes, restrooms, and student lounges. This included full demo of offices and reconfiguration of floor plan to accommodate increased occupancy. Groom Construction also performed extensive structural work required for installation of new conveyance allowing for ADA access to all floors.
