13-week renovation of a 4,000-SF OshKosh retail store, overseeing complete interior demolition and construction of a new store layout within an aggressive schedule. Coordinated installation of two new rooftop HVAC units and upgrades to the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to support the redesigned space.
