The town of Marblehead along with Marblehead Highlands ownership worked together with Groom to create the new construction of an 88 unit condominium community with an affordable housing component. Construction featured wood frame over structured parking, clapboard exterior, architectural single roofing, extensive site work, associated utilities, service structures and roads. Residences offer distinctive one-level, penthouse style units and townhouses, all with 2- and 3- bedroom configurations.
