Having renovated their first home, the Kellogg’s chose Groom once again to collaborate with on their second elegant yet comfortable family-centric home.

The original one story home was completely renovated and customized to fit the needs of their growing children. The open kitchen, dining area with adjacent living and family rooms complements their family lifestyle. Full glass panels surrounding the deck offer unobstructed views of Marblehead harbor and a private dock. The master suite is complete with a marble bathroom, walk-in closet and large office space where the kids set up for homework. The second story addition is comprised of the children’s own color selected bedrooms and offers water views from each window. The guest suite, family room and exercise room occupy the lower level, opening onto a field-stone patio which serves as an additional casual family gathering spot.

Groom worked together with the architect and designers to create a home where the clients enjoy every inch of the property and know it’s uniquely theirs – a true original.
