Groom was chosen for the extensive renovation of this older home located on a busy intersection in downtown Swampscott, MA.

The antique home was awakened with a series of modern finishes. The new open layout featuring stainless steel countertops, modern lighting on cable systems, and even a stainless steel toilet (salvaged from steamship) as well as exterior New England clapboard siding gave the family a much more modern and comfortable space while still retaining the characteristic charm of the seaside neighborhood.
