Groom collaborated with Maugel Architects on a design-build office renovation for their new corporate office, manufacturing, and assembly plant in Littleton, MA. FIBA is a leading provider of gas containment equipment and services to industrial gas, chemicals, specialty gas, offshore oil and gas exploration, and alternative fuel industries.

The plans called for extensive renovations and new construction of a two-story corporate office addition to the 384,000 SF precast concrete manufacturing plant. Design elements included a glass atrium entry facade that transformed the buildings by creating a new signature style to the space.
