Groom Construction recently completed a renovation of a 4-floor, 10,666 SF  lobby and office space at 21 Pleasant Street in Malden.

With historic details and exposed brick, the building includes a renovated two-story office space, high-end lobby finishes, elevator upgrades, custom millwork, and a new building entry canopy. This renovation brings a new focal point to the downtown center of Malden.
