When the Village School in Marblehead, Massachusetts needed renovations of their 116,000 sq. ft school, they selected Groom Construction for both the interior and exterior updates.

The project included a phased renovation including a new roof, new windows, MEP systems, handicap accessibility, asbestos abatement and site improvements.
