We completed the construction of a new 6,000 square foot dental office for The Perico Group in Reading, MA. This comprehensive build-out included eight operatories, three surgical treatment rooms, private doctor offices, and a fully designed waiting and reception area.

With a total project value of approximately $750,000, the space was thoughtfully designed to support both high-volume patient care and specialized procedures. The layout prioritizes efficiency for staff while creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients.
