Lowe’s has selected Groom to help in the addition of their new Rental Tool Centers around the country, as well as renovate their bathrooms. This project is a significant undertaking to build the 4,000 SF Rental Tool Center, which includes the ability to use technology to sign-up for a rental of equipment and tools.
The new spaces allow each location to store the commercial grade equipment/tools and a designated pick-up area to ensure the customer has an easy experience from start to finish. Groom managed the project to erect 18’ tall 8” concrete masonry walls that included maintenance and storage cage areas. Groom also was involved in the Fixturing aspect of the project.
