This highly complex project seamlessly unites extraordinary interior finishes with classic exterior elements, with no detail left neglected. Groom incorporated an English conservatory and natatorium to the side of an existing antique home, creating a truly unique oceanfront structure.

These additions accommodate a new family room, negative edge swimming pool, three-car garage, state-of-the art home theater and an entertainment complex. Both the existing home and new construction were fitted with a home automation system to control nearly every apparatus in the house – this includes everything from its geothermal HVAC system right down to the lights on the pier.
