Groom once again partnered with long term client, DSF Group on another alteration of lobby areas and amenity spaces of an occupied apartment building. Scope included: addition of a leasing office, package rooms, clubroom as well as converting an existing basement storage room into a fully functioning fitness space.
Construction was completed in phases to allow tenants to use existing amenity spaces while work began in other areas. Scope included: interior walls with finishes, flooring, painting, ceiling grid, lighting, HVAC equipment to service the new fitness space.
