Extensive kitchen and bathroom renovations, including new exhaust for kitchen and bathrooms hoods. Replacement of handrails, windows, doors, fire sprinklers, plumbing fixtures, water line, boiler, water heater and radiators. Renovation of parking lot and new roofing.
