Located in historic Bedford, MA this 30,000 SF project serves as a centerpiece for downtown Bedford. This project consisted of the demolition of an existing one story building and the construction of a new mixed use two story building. The first floor consists of retail shops and the second of condominium units. Groom worked diligently with the town to make for a seamless building process. Additionally, Groom built a Carriage House on the property, new sidewalks and landscaping to complete the space. The project was tastefully designed and fits perfectly into the town landscape, giving the center of Bedford the much needed pedestrian experience.
