For over 25 years, Phil has been providing the vision, leadership, and skills to develop and implement technology policy and initiatives that support Groom Construction IT and workflows. In addition, he leads the technology team in managing all of the firm’s technology functions, including security, network operations, and application. Phil is hardworking, service and customer-oriented, and responsive to critical deadlines.
