This 6,500sf project involved a complete interior demo and exterior work. Some of the interior work included a new teller line and cabinets with ECO-stone quartz countertops, as well as a new power wall design and displays, and new wall finishes throughout. We also installed new flooring throughout and framed 2 new rooms with new lighting, HVAC, and finishes. We added a new kitchenette and plumbing in the employee lounge, as well as a new janitors closet. We updated the security system, and installed a new ACT ceiling, new lighting, and electrical throughout. We also installed new millwork at the drive-thru and settlement room.

Exterior work included removing all brick veneer from facade of building and replacing it with new EFIS. We installed new drive-thru functionality lights, removed 3 lighted band signs and replaced them with TD Shield signs. We replaced and reworked 750sf of sidewalk (including the curbs) to incorporate a new ADA ramp and tactile warning strips. We graded and poured 120sf of new sidewalk and milled and paved the 20,000sf parking lot.
