Seagrass, a 6,000 sq. ft. recreational marijuana retail shop recently opened on Dodge Street in Salem, MA. The shop has two large areas for customers to gather: a main lobby and a sales floor. This tenant fit-up included a new storefront, interior finishes, HVAC, sprinkler, electrical, lighting, and millwork.
