Stanley Building
Groom was contracted to construct facilities in the Stanley building at Salem State University. Work included framing, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and interior finishes. Groom also constructed a new handicap accessible entrance ramp and storefront door.

Sullivan Building
Compete interior renovation of former administrative office and classrooms. Constructed new administrative offices, private offices, conference room, and classrooms. Work included new HVAC Systems, electrical, tel/data, and fire alarm. Extensive millwork package and new finishes throughout.
