Institution for Savings
LOCATION: Salem, MA
DESIGN: Charles Nutter, Woodman Associates
The 3,000 square foot stand-alone brick building was previously occupied by Beverly National Bank, followed by Danvers Bank. The branch subsequently closed in 2011 when Danvers Bank was acquired by People’s United Bank. This new Institution for Savings office renovation included a new lobby and teller line, private retail and lending offices, two full-service drive-up lanes, a 24-hour drive-up ATM and considerable onsite parking.
“We have worked with many construction companies over the years and our expectations are high. From our first meeting until the ribbon was cut, Groom Construction met those expectations at every step. Their team was courteous, professional and most importantly, efficient. The construction process was thorough and meticulous, and the result is our beautiful new Salem office completed on time and on budget. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to working with them on future projects.”
