Adaptive use of two structures in Boston's South End historic district, formerly 19th Century Salvation Army Harbor Light Center and the adjacent 1855 five story brick row-house. The result, 12 luxury residential units ranging in size from 1-3 bedrooms, complete with modern kitchens and baths, private elevator access to each unit, sustainable systems, oversized new windows, penthouses with 360 degree views of Boston skyline, roof decks, fireplaces, bar and entertainment areas as well as a 6 car parking garage. The exterior red brick and limestone was completely restored and new landscaping and an entry lobby at grade completed the project.
