Tesla operates Electric Automobile Repair/Service Centers around the country. Servicing an electric automobile is different than servicing a gas-powered vehicle.

Tesla contacted Groom to aid them in transforming an older gas-powered sales and maintenance building into a Tesla Showroom and Vehicle Service Center. It required extensive modifications to help transition from gas-powered to electric-powered service, including adding a 1200 AMPS electric service upgrade.
