TD Bank – Land O’ Lakes FL was a 20 week new build out of an existing building. Groom completed the project at the end of October 2022 which involved a complete interior demo and fit out including finishes used for the first time ever in a TD Bank. The build out included exterior work consisting of a new second bank entrance with a 24 hour ATM/ night drop vestibule, and exterior awnings with some dynamic exterior lighting features.
