This project entailed the demolition of an iconic Marblehead movie theater and construction of first class office space with retail shops at the pedestrian level. The upper two floors consist of high-end efficient office space. The building’s ground level accommodates the movie theaters, Wick’s Restaurant, a favorite fine dining establishment of the North Shore and most recently The Dandee Donut Factory, a popular casual diner styled stop situated between Wick’s and the theater offering fresh made donuts, breakfast and lunch. This site acts as the center of downtown Marblehead and its completion has effectively revitalized pedestrian traffic in the area.
