Groom worked on a complete interior renovation of the Club House/Amenity Space at the Halstead Apartment Complex in Framingham. Scope included: updates to the lobby, stairwell, lower level Business Center, conference room, common areas, and office cubicles. The upper floor included a total revamp of the fitness area. The scope involved all new flooring, carpet, millwork and casework, structural reinforcement of fitness center floor, new doors, ceramic wall and floor tile, and graphics installation.
