Groom Construction completed ground up construction for a new building located at 331 Lafayette Street, Salem, MA.  What was once four separate parcels, two apartment houses and two single-story retail buildings, now stands as a beautiful single property.  Breaking ground in February 2017 the project was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule.

The first floor is home to RN Esthetics, a premium Med Spa of the North Shore, and PZA a gourmet pizza shop.  The second and third floors are occupied by Salem State University’s Marketing and Institutional Advancement offices.  The second-floor acts as a check in area for the third floor which houses the Presidents, Public Relations, and Chief of Staff offices of SSU.
