Amy Weed

Reporting to Tom Groom, Amy coordinates subcontractors, vendors, architects engineers, and clients from the first meeting to punch listing. She also pursues new development opportunities, both commercial and residential, while managing direct marketing, sales, and market analysis for new properties.

In addition, Amy manages real estate transactions from offer to closing, while working with Tom Groom and architectural firms to create plans that will sell.

Amy’s most recent project is designing and managing construction and finish work at 45 Pleasant Street, a residential property in Marblehead.
