New ground-up construction featuring a cold-form metal frame and structural steel building, designed in two main sections. The fellowship area includes offices, bathrooms, storage, a kitchen, and a children’s room, while the sanctuary stands as the other prominent section. The exterior boasts PVC trim and James Hardi plank and panel siding, complemented by wood aluminum-clad windows and doors. The project also includes new landscaping, irrigation, and a parking lot. Interior finishes feature LVT flooring throughout, carpeted offices, tiled bathrooms, and wood stair treads and risers in the sanctuary space. All of the spaces are designed for multi-purpose use for Sunday worship activities, and for weekday and evening meeting spaces for concerts, classes, clubs, conferences, activities, and general community events. The new building will serve a thriving, multi-generational congregation and support current church ministries that will continue to bless others locally, nationally, and globally.
