Groom partnered with SV Design on the interior renovation of the Salem Country Club Pool House. The work included construction of a new ADA compliant family restroom with plumbing and electrical system upgrades. The scope included a new millwork package of shelving units, display cases and reception desk. Existing flooring was removed and replaced with vinyl plank and ceramic tile. All walls and ceilings were painted with shiplap wainscoting added. Bathroom facilities were updated with new toilet partitions/accessories in existing locker rooms and included the addition of updated electrical fixtures featuring ceiling fans & pendant lights.
