This new TD Bank branch features a 2,500 GSF shell structure. The building’s foundation is slab-on-grade, with a steel-framed structure and a metal roof. Load-bearing masonry walls form the perimeter, while the site also includes an adjacent two-lane drive-thru for customer convenience.
The project incorporates life safety systems, including fire extinguishers and smoke detectors in the mechanical return air ducts. For energy efficiency, lighting controls, occupancy sensors, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and sunshades on windows help minimize environmental impact. Additionally, the building’s tight thermal envelope contributes to overall energy savings.
As a LEED-certified project, this TD Bank branch meets rigorous sustainability standards, demonstrating Groom’s commitment to delivering high-performance, eco-friendly commercial spaces.
