Groom performed extensive exterior restoration and interior remodeling on the Headmaster’s house, a 200-year-old mansion on campus. In addition, Groom provided interior and exterior renovations to multiple buildings including the interior renovation of the Paul Revere Dormitory, Pease House, and the America House on the Phillips Andover Campus.

These projects entailed extensive interior remodeling, installation & relocation of fire sprinklers and electrical outlets, flooring patching, and painting.
