Successfully managed a fast-paced, 9-week, 3,900-SF interior buildout of a new bank branch, including complete demolition of the existing space and construction of a modern financial facility.

Directed construction of public banking areas, new restrooms, breakroom, multipurpose room, secure ATM vault, security room, and dedicated telecom room. Oversaw installation of new partitions, ceilings, flooring, paint, storefront glazing, ATM windows, and floor outlets.

Managed complex MEP and life-safety upgrades, including new rooftop air handling units, mini-split systems, ATS generator backup system, all-new plumbing, fire suppression modifications, and a methane detection system required for landfill conditions. Delivered the project on schedule while meeting stringent security, quality, and operational requirements.
