Panera Bread chose Groom to construct and manage the installation of its new high profile 6,000 square foot location in Washington, DC’s Chinatown. Despite the challenges of working in a busy urban location and in an aging building simultaneously undergoing rehab, Groom brought the project to completion under budget and within the targeted 10 week time frame.
