Creating a warm home for memory care residents

Renovations are complete at Seasons of Danvers, a new 42-bed memory care facility. The existing 25,000 SF structure and surrounding grounds were completely overhauled, and the new space is a remarkable testament to the vision and dedication of the entire project team (especially during the snowiest winter on record!).

The existing structure was originally comprised of a single-story wood-framed building and later enlarged by a steel and slab-on-grade addition. The two spaces are now fully integrated and organized into "neighborhoods" featuring familiar groupings of living, dining and public spaces. Groom also completed exterior improvements including new siding and trim, a new parapet and roof, epoxy paint at the masonry, and all new parking and landscaped areas.
