Your Groom Construction team will develop a baseline project schedule to show all components of the process; from contracts to permits, and from construction to turnover. We participate in weekly project meetings where updates on the project schedule are reviewed, and tasks are designated appropriately to the various team members. We believe open communication and consistent follow-up is the key to your project’s success. All of these controls are distributed to the entire team, to keep your project on time and on budget.
