PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager Bruce is responsible for subcontract agreements, overseeing cost controls and budgets, establishing project schedules, maintaining monthly updates, monitoring and maintaining project changes, processing subcontractor submittals, overseeing subcontractor performance and coordinating project turnover.  He strives to maintain a team approach throughout the entire construction process with owners, architects, subcontractors and the Groom Construction staff.  Since January 2018 Bruce has been promoting quality and safety to ensure the owner receives the project of their dreams.
